    1. TGP plans to build new meter station (measures the volume of natural gas passing thru pipeline delivery point, reduce pressure as the gas leaves a high-pressure interstate line and enters distribution system) and “city gate” 
    2. Country Club will let Columbia Gas of Mass purchase natural gas from TGPs interstate 200 Line (which runs from Appalachia to the Northeast and traverses the southern tier of Mass) and build own natural gas pipeline from Longmeadow to Springfield 
    3. For EGMA WMass, no permit required under blanket authorization
    4. Baker’s EIR requirement for Agawam station will include Longmeadow meter station review
