Good Morning to FERC members,

I am writing to express my concern over the construction of the proposed Constitution pipeline. Being a property owner in the vicinity of said pipeline, I am knowledgeable of the terrain through which the proposed route travels. There are several major streams to be crossed, that in the recent past have been reamed out from flooding rains due to a warmer climate. In one instance, the large berms of I-88 were severed, causing loss of life. I’m afraid the safety of a gas pipe in these areas cannot be assured over time. I request of FERC to perform a new and complete environmental impact study of this route with this erosion potential in mind.
